Game Summery 1 Lobo Born HTML

Game Summery, scene one: Lobo is Born.

Dracula. He’s reading a comic created in another universe and as he’s listening to a report being given to him by one of His Morpheus and Elder Angles about the status of Daemons in ShadowBlood, he gets an idea.

The Messiah is coming. He must create someone to protect her.

He waves off the two beings giving the report and goes into another room. It is a place where all the raw energies of the universe lies and from it he creates the character he has just read about in the comic. From the mists he moulds this comic characer’s will, needs, memories and out from the mists steps Lobo. Dracula tells him he was created for a particular job: Protect D’s comrad, Conure, as she is closely tied to the Messiah to Come. Lobo is also to teach D how to be a better fighter and how not to be so sullen and withdrawn. They will be hard lessons for D to learn as Lobo is a hard teacher. However, D has the Heart and Will and he will fight back, though he will be a changed and scarred man in the end. Dracula hopes it will be a good change though a difficult one.

Lobo is given two parchments by the Vampire God. One explains where D is and the other says that Lobo is there to help D. Lobo reads them and keeps the message that D is to recieve.

Dracula leads the newborn Lobo through the courts of his home. The surroundings appear muted and the artwork on the walls are exceptionally erotic. They are obviously created for Vampire tastes. They walk through a courtyard then through a stable where cyborg horses rest. Lobo spooks one of them with a growl but nothing more comes of that. Dracula leads Lobo through a set of hallways, through a tack room then into a Ballroom. There, Dracula is casually greeted by Vampires who bow to him. The Vampire God greets them politely then leads Lobo into a bedroom of sorts. Here he opens a cupboard and gives Lobo a blue scarf. Dracula says it’s his son’s. Lobo takes the time smelling it and imprinting on his mind D’s Aura. Dracula opens another cupboard and gives Lobo a weapons belt, which the White faced Warrior puts on. Dracula then pulls out a wooden box. From the box he pulls out a ritual knife and he kisses it with respect. He tells Lobo that the world he is going into will be dangerous and the knife will help him combat the Daemons. The Daemons are evil beasts that need to be stopped. Lobo is told he can handle them himself but the knife will make things more ‘plesant’ for him. However, Dracula does not elaborate on this comment. The knife is unusual. It feel like there is two, but it has the weight of one. Dracula says the knife is made with a part of his soul and it is ONLY to be used on Daemons as it will not work on anything else.

The Vampire God then goes to the bedroom closet and opens a trap door. The stairs going down into the dark hole are old and wooden. Before Lobo is sent down, he is given the blue scarf, which he folds up and puts in his jacket. Dracula gives Lobo some last instructions before Lobo heads off: Look for the Vampires and ‘Dream Seekers’ (AKA Morpheus) that hang around him. If Dracula has any more news to give Lobo, he will tell the travelling Morpheus’ what they need to know. Lobo is warned that others may join the group, but for now it is just Conure, D, Meier Link, the Morpheus Brothers and two others that remain unnamed. Then Lobo heads down the stairs.
